On 8/10, I attempted to file an LLC, was very confused about the whole process and called several times ( a total of $254.00). I paid an installment amount of $84.67, but cancelled the order because I needed help with the process and understanding how this works. After talking with a representative who seemed to make sense to me I went online to file again on 8/25, I paid $149 up front and my credit of $84.67 ( which was never credited back to my credit card was applied therefore I paid a total of $233.67). My LLC is misspelled and they refused to fix it and I never received my operating agreement which was indicated on my 1st order. This company is not helpful and they do not proof read your paperwork before submitting it to the State. I’m very disappointed; I was ripped off!!!!
