WATCH OUT..POSSIBLE FRAUD - SCAM! This company supposedly only does business with people they send direct mail to. Asking for fees upfront which is not in line with the Help for Homeowners program. These are done by banks internally and they don't charge for the process. The forms they use are not bank / government issued. Do NOT WIRE THEM Funds, not BBB accredited.
