It's been one month since I've called, emailed, and tried to chat online with this company to get my DBA papers filed and there has been NO RESPONSE. It's a good thing I accidentally double charged my order and had time to try to contact these people because who knows how long this would have gone with no correspondence whatsoever! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. None of the email addresses work, and I mean NONE. All emails were returned to me with a message about it not being valid. As well as the chat online program, it's just a front. Doesn't work. I had to cancel my order through my credit card company one month after my order which means time wasted in getting my company started. Somebody needs to shut this website down.
