When I first called in, I let Kenneth Lodge know I was a newbie. I was on the road in my car and in and out of service. This guy stuck with me, my budget and listened as much as he taught. I made my first ever purchase of Gold and Silver with him a week
later. We had a small issue in that he did not tell me until after the purchase that I would encounter a service charge for using my credit card to purchase but he was quick to make sure I received more in silver to cover the charge. I contacted them for a
