I am in the beginning stages of doing a loan modification on my home mortgage with this law firm. We will see how it goes as the documentation they requested of me is provided to them. I have done a refi in the past with only a few of the typical problems that were solved by the lender that I used. Considering that I meet all the qualifications for doing a loan modification it will be interesting to see how they handle things. So far from my conversations with them and email correspondence things seem to be going okay. I will update this review at closing, or evaluate them if they are unable to deliver on this product. For now they get an above average rating of 4 stars.
