We applied for Loan modification through this firm. They made us pay $4000 Back in September 2009, and told us to stop paying the mortgage monthly payments. 6 months already passed. Nothing Happened. And from the Past one month no one is responding to the calls or Emails. Besides they are selling our information to other firms which are calling us and telling us That the Law firm has moved our file to this associate company and they are telling us to sue the lender for not responding until now and asking us pay more money for that.
We are in a worried state now. Not sure how to proceed and what will happen to our home.
Every time we call them a new person will get back to us after 3 week. In this span of 6 months the file has changed hands from 5 different people. They always ask us for updated documents, but nothing seems to happen. They are not updating us promptly with the messages from Lender also.
