Run, do not walk, away from dealing with this scam organization. Their staff turn-over is high (Allen, Amir, various others) and their negotiators are verbally abusive (Aaron Anderson, Jeanette.) They failed to meet the minimum of their "Scope of Service" and are continually non-responsive. The terms negotiated on our behalf were none better than what we could have achieved without their assistance. The only reason I am giving them a one star rating is that this system does not allow for ZERO stars. What they excel at is selling false hope and promising results they cannot deliver.
