Show No Respect For Clients and Failure to Communicate

When I sign up with this firm, I thought they would take care of me, but I was wrong, I sign up with a team of people who never kept me inform about my case. I found out the hard way that this office do not communicate with it's clients and return phone
calls, and you are not assign an attorney to work on your case, at least that is what I was told. I think they feel like some people are intimated by attorneys because of who they are, but when a firm violates their ethical obligation to their clients and
fail to communicate with their clients, there are consequences for those type of attorneys, I am truly glad that this case of mine was not a criminal case because I could not imagine any one in this firm helping me. This was truly the most horrible experience
ever, would not recommend this law firm to anyone.
