I wanted to take the time to commend my team at the Law Office of John M. Ribarich for a job well done on my behalf. My situation at the time I called them was slightly after a year of trying to obtain a loan restructure on my mortgage. I was so frustrated, stressed, and at the end of my rope with the run around I was subjected to with this “reputable” banking institute when a friend of mine called and recommended the Law Office of John M. Ribarich. When I called to make an initial appointment my name was taken and shortly thereafter I received a call from Martin. I quickly found out how tenacious he was when I told him I was having back issues and couldn’t make the distance to meet with him; he came to me. We spoke at great length and I felt very secure in handing my burden over to him. Martin made sure I could contact him at all times and that no question or concern I had was silly. When you’ve spent the last 13 months “spinning your wheels” and getting nowhere, this was the mental break I needed. Yes I had to submit paperwork as needed, but by having the security of a law firm behind me I knew I was only submitting what was necessary and that this was “their” expertise. I can’t tell you what this peace of mind they gave me meant to me. All along the way Martin or an associate like the wonderful Nina would call and assure me we were on the right track and to “hang in there”. Well the day has come and my modification is final with an outcome that will allow me to keep my home. One important word of advice I would give, don’t try and do this on your own and waste 13 months, give Martin a call first, he’s a person of his word and I was blessed to have him in my corner.
