Mr. Rose was a very caring attorney, and helped my son. He explained his fees very carefully. He offered to represent my son for either an hourly, refundable fee, or for a flat fee. His fee agreement was in writing, and very simple to understand. He explained all of the legal work clearly to us. He always came to court well-prepared.
