One of the Shift keys on my laptop had cracked hinges and needed to be replaced. Customer Service was quick to help me confirm via email which product to buy, since it was hard for me to tell on my own, even with the image charts on the website. The key arrived in very stable packaging (small bag, surrounded in solid foam), and that reassured me that the small plastic parts for this single key would be safe and not cracked like my original key. Installation was also very easy and quick thanks to their video walkthrough!
