Way too pricey, but good shipping speed and times

Charging $8.95 for a Macbook Pro key set (keycap, hinge, and rubber silicone nub) is way too expensive. I ended up paying close to $30 just for 3 keys, and I received an erroneous hinge+keycap at first. Harsh return/refund policy when all they could have done was an exchange of my returned 3 keys with 3 new keys. But they wanted to charge me a restocking fee, so I ended up just getting the 3 new keys as a reduced price and keeping the ones I had.
But, items were as described. Arrived within a matter of days. However, the replacement video did not make mention of how to replace the small silicone piece--it is not a matter of just sticking it in between the scissor mechanism, but rather, is a matter of gluing it back very delicately.
