Was searching for a laptop battery that now seems to be discontinued, and they had it on the website for what seemed like a good deal. I placed the order and fast forward 2 weeks, I still have no package on an item estimated to ship in 3-5 days. The tracking number they gave me was completely wrong, so I have no clue whether the thing has shipped or where it may be. Their customer service is the worst, impossible to get a hold of. No phone number listed on the website, one listed in their BBB profile but it goes straight to voicemail. Their online support never responds. I WILL be initiating a chargeback on my credit card for this.
