don't do business with this company. First his address is a post office address, not his real business address. Secondly he is not a licensed contractor, and the company name he's using right now is Garden Design not Landscape Design. He fool all the people with his sweet talk. And will promise you everything with his work, and will tell you that he use all the material according the city code. Not one his words are to be trusted. He will just get your money and run away.
He had a young guy (Jeff May) go around to a new neighbor and set an appointment with you for Paul to stop by and talk and when he got your business, first he will talk about him being a pastor and do volunteer work for the Red Cross all over the world. And introduce his wife name Vicky, a life insurance agent. He won't give you any contract for the job he's doing to you, and will get right away a 10% downpayment with just a piece of paper to write that the received the first payment. And every job he do he will get an advance from you. And won't even pay for his subcontractor, that why the people don't do good job cause he don't pay them according to the deal they had. He don't comply with the city code. All the material he use doesn't comply with the code. And his wife she will sell you an insurance. Don't buy from her. With this kind of people you can't trust. Don't be victimized by this people. The most worst people and don't have a blood to get your hard earn money. we deserve a better, especially with the time right now. And when you call him, he don't answer his phone, he will have his wife call you back and talk to you. He's a very coward person and a THEFT.
His target area Corona, Eastvale, and Riverside. Be careful with this guy.
