I purchased a lamp based on excellent reviews on the company website. The product was not up to reviews. When I submitted my "not so positive" review the company did not publish it. I submitted it twice following their guidelines.
I don't think the product ratings and reviews on the website can be trusted.
-update: after talking to a representative my review is published. Added two stars for that.
