well to start off with the good news. well there isn't any. I had order from them in October I got my stuff fine...right on time and just like the pictures....this time when I ordered for Christmas...I never got a tracking number or anything....its been 18 days...they wouldn't respond to my multiple emails. I had to go to the bank to get my money back. This place is a joke. They have lost my business permanently.
