I purchased through their website as I was a little hesitant at first because the only way to contact them is through email. I purchased shoes on a Wednesday and paid 14 bucks for 5-7 business day shipping. They never sent out my shoes, and I had to get in touch with PayPal to try and get a response from them. Finally I disputed the charges and PayPal was able to force them to refund my money. If you're a lover of shopping like me, I wouldn't advise shopping with them, especially if you plan on wearing one of their items to an event. I hate that I don't have the shoes, but it's ok. I got my money back. Hopefully, they can start to value their customers a little bit better. They have permanently lost my business.
