I have a samsung unit that was not working. Lakes electronics called within a 24 hr time frame. I was scheduled and my tv was fixed the date the repairman came to my home. I was happy. I excepted some to come out to look at my unit. Not to fix it. I would tell my family and friends to use Lakes Electronics.
