Placed order on 4/28/2011. Realized I needed a different size on 1 item. Called and spoke with Stephanie Elie, who told me she could only ship 2/5 items purchased and would have to check on the availability of the other 3 (including the 2 promotional items-as it stated on the website). I called her three more times after this to check on the status of my items. Stephanie emailed me on 5/2/2011 to inform me that she could get 1 of the items, and failed to mention anything about the 2 promotional items. I called her and asked about ALL items and she then tells me that she cannot honor the promotional items, that those were mistakenly on the website. I then told her that I would like to cancel my entire order, as I had not received any items yet, because without the promotion the items were overall more expensive to get them from her. She informed me that 2 items had already been shipped, so I had to wait to send them back for a full refund of all 5 items. I told her I would just refuse the item when it came to my door and she asked me not to because it would go to a warehouse, and told me that she would credit me the return shipping and to call her back when I received both items. I have still only received 1 item, 10 days later (12 days after ordering). Now, I have sent an email last week, called all lines many times, and left a voicemail on the customer service line and returns line. No one has contacted me to update, inform, or help me. End result so far, I will have to dispute the charge on my card in order to get my money back. They do supposedly accept returns and exchanges, but are not honoring their policy or what the owner, Stephanie Elie, had told me.
