Bedroom furniture. Think twice before ordering

I have bought new bedroom furniture with delivery to NY. Operator answered late on my call and were not enthusiastic. Looked like that hi is not really interested in selling me furniture and tried end call faster. When I called second time operator changed. This time it was a woman that gave me all information I need and I were satisfied. Furniture is so good and was delivered on time. 4 stars. Train the operators please.
