I NEVER THOUGHT THIS WAS GONNA GO THIS POINT, BUT DAMN THOSE PEOPLE AT THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT ARE HORRIBLE ANSWERING QUESTIONS, AND GIVING INFORMATION. WHEN YOU HAVE ANSWERS THEY JUST START TALKING NON STOP! AND THEN THEY TRANSFER YOU FROM DEPARTMENT TO DEPARTMENT. SOME GUY JUST TOLD ME IF I WOULD IT HAD PAY I WOULDN'T BE OWNING THEM AND HANG UP ON ME. THIS DOES NOT LOOK FOR THE COMPANY AND IT DOES TAKE EFFECT AND A LOT.
