All those individuals who have or had problems with La Curacao, I suggest you start having reports created at the BBB. I too have problems with the La Curacao in Phoenix Arizona. They placed an insurance charge which I did not asked for. Tried their customer service and they gave me the run a run between Los Angeles main office and the Phoenix store at 7815 W Thomas. The conversation reminded me of the TV commercial that dealed with some credit card.
