I was researching mobile credit card processing for my house call business over the last month and contacted Leaders for information. I put in for a call on the contact form and was called later in the day. I was busy at that time and asked the sales rep to call back in an hour which he said he would do. No phone call for 2 days, by which time they had failed at the first hurdle (customer service). Then they kept calling despite each time me explaining I did not want their services and asking to be taken off the call list twice. Finally the third time I talked to them (they started calling daily) I lost my cool and told them to TAKE me off the list. We'll see if they listen, they haven't so far. Not a company I would trust to do anything they promise or be easy to work with if you want to make changes.
