Leaders overcharges, does not follow through on credits, and misrepresents their product.

Leaders has charged me monthly since March 2012 for an account I did not set up. After reading their fee schedule, I did not sign the contract and informed them I did not want to use their services. Because they had verbally gotten my bank account number, they repeatedly charged my bank account for their $79 monthly minimum, even though I informed them I would not sign the documents and was not interested in their services. Even after sending a request to cancel, they charged me an inactive account fee of $7.95 for months. This month I got a great Christmas present when I got a $350 cancellation charge on my bank account. I was informed by the bank that since it was a commercial account, I only had 48 hours to contest the charge. Since it had been 4 days, I fraudulently charged by Leaders again. Their call center representatives have lied about what they would do to correct the charges and at the same time continued to charge me long after I had sent their form in to request credit for their mistakes.
