Purchase Elsewhere!!!

I placed a order for Under Armour boots ($89.00) on October 2nd and purchased next day shipping ($34.00) Nothing indicating this product was on backorder. 7 Days later....Still nothing. I contacted Customer service and on October 18th, they finally responded saying this product was in stock and they would refund me my next day shipping cost of $34.00 (which they did days later) and would ship my boots out along with next day free of charge. It is now November 14 and all I have gotten is my $34.00 back and no boots. I have been more than patient with them at this time and as a member of the military and EMS I am very disappointed in this company and WILL NOT recommend them to anyone!!!!
