My husband has purchased many items from LA Police Gear, Inc. & has always been very satisfied with them. For Christmas I wanted to get him something he would enjoy so I ordered a 5.11 Tactical Covert Vest. When I checked the status of delivery 2 days prior to Christmas I was told I would not receive it until after Christmas. I was very upset that I would not have a present under the tree for my husband to open. Elly was such a life saver at LA Police Gear, Inc. So understanding, courteous and performed a MIRACLE for me. She was able to ship out another vest, which I received on Christmas Eve & on Christmas Day my husband opened it & Loved it!! He wears it all the time. Elly made our Christmas!! Thank you! Merry Christmas! PS When we received the original package after Christmas my husband asked to keep that vest also, so now he has two. We will continue to shop from their company and recommend them to all our family & friends.
