Worst/dishonest this is regarding the location at 757 Tustin Ave in Orange. Don't bother. Spoke with Kamal on first visit. Nice. Looked at carpet, picked two and he ordered both samples. Only received one so fare (now three weeks old). Went back and spoke to Sunny about a different carpet. Would order that color sample, still waiting. Was quoted a price and then found coupon in OCR paper. Manager told me he would not honor. Went to so called vice Pres and would honor. But listened to Shar? another salesmen on the phone with another customer. Customer had stain on carpet, wanted to have it looked at and addressed by warranty. Shar told her to call Mohawk carpet manf and could not help her. Bad mouthed other companies I was looking at. Of course. Very trying experience and not worth the time. Plus, I like how they over measured complared to three other companies, and then added 10% Go someplace else
