I was not happy with the salesperson at LA Carpet in Fullerton because even though the sale was canceled and my deposit was not returned for two months even after repeated phone calls. However after I sent a letter to the Customer Service Manager in Irvine, he promptly called me to notify that the company will refund the deposit the next day. LA Carpet Company customer service at the headquarter is great!
