I had a great experience with them. I got behind on my Chase credit card. When they started calling me at work, that was it. I signed with Krohn and Moss and in a month, they settled my case. Chase fully forgave my balance and paid their attorneys fees. I really didn't have to do anything and got a call a month later to my gleeful surprise!
