I was reading the other testimonials and couldn't agree more with the happy customers. I'm sorry for the customers who did not have a great experience. This is the first e-commerce site where people have been friendly and helpful. I've spoken to two different women over the phone and both were able to help me order what I needed and even gave me better suggestions for ordering my personalized favors and centerpiece supplies. I've received the products this week in Miami exactly when I was told they would arrive. I love the fact that I receive email notifications of when my order is shipped and tracking info. Thanks very much. Highly recommended.
