I wanted to write you a quick note to let you know how helpful and reassuring Sara has been. I ordered the paper lanterns and glass vases and was concerned because I did not see a tracking number for my package. She took the time to call me and let me know that they were shipped and would arrive on time. I really appreciated that. She also called me this morning to update me on the status. That kind of customer service is very hard to find and mostly appreciated. It has been a pleasure ordering from Koyal and I will certainly recommend this site to friends and family.
