DOT just gave me a sidewalk violation in late September and I didn't know who to call to have it resolved. I asked a neighbor who had recently replaced their sidewalk and she referred me to Jimmy Adamidis at Knockout Masonry. Jimmy came to my house to give me a quote and really explained to me what were my options. There weren't any high pressure tactics and a week after looking around at a lot of poured concrete and contractors I called him back. I asked him to replace my sidewalk and work on the back of my house too. He was able to schedule me for 4-5 weeks later. Megan his office manager kept me up to date on the exact dates and she emailed me the permits for the window. Jimmy arrived just when he said me would and brought 8 men to the job. I found his crew to be very professional and polite. After the job as done Megan even called the city and arranged for my sidewalk to be re-inspected. My sidewalk looks fantastic and they took care of my violation from beginning to end.
