I got my blinds as promised but they were not correct. One set of blinds the pull strings are too short and I was promised by Rob Knight and his "partner" that we would have that fixed. Well its been 6 mo. and we cannot even get the problem resolved. He called back a couple of times to give some bad excuses for not doing it and then nothing. So where is the good customer service that they promised us. After the check was cashed it was all over. I do not recommend Knight Express to anyone.
