Terrible customer service, poor quality products

I live in a small town and unfortunately KMart is one of the only retailers in the area. I don't know if it's because they don't have a lot of competition or if the entire organization is this poor, but the local KMart seems to go out of their way to hire rude, incompetent and slovenly employees. They also run out of regularly stocked items with great regularity. I only wish there was a Walmart of a Target in my area to put these people out of business.
