I recently bought a refrigerator and a water hose for the refrigerator. I ordered it on 05/02/11. I was happy to see that they could deliver on 5/3/11. The delivery men came and set up the refrigerator and left. After they left, I noticed that the doors on the refrigerator didn’t match and they didn’t deliver the water hose. I called customer service, and was transferred to the delivery department. I told the customer service rep that they delivered the refrigerator with the wrong doors on it. She said she saw that they delivered the right items. I told her I was looking at the refrigerator and it has doors that don’t fit. They are the wrong doors. She said the computer says they delivered the right product and why couldn’t I understand that? We went back and forth for a few minutes. I told her I wanted exchange it for one with the right doors. She said they could not exchange it. Then I said return it because this is not what I ordered. She if the delivery guys come out, and if it is the right refrigerator; they would not refund the delivery fee. I was getting frustrated. I then asked to speak to a supervisor. She asked what should I tell him the problem is. I told her to tell him about the refrigerator. She says," I already told you there is no problem with the refrigerator. I don’t see why you don’t understand that." I again asked to speak to a supervisor. She again asked the same question," What should I tell him the problem is?" We went back and forth again. This time when she asked that same question I told her to tell the supervisor she had an unhappy customer that is dissatisfied with her service. She then put me on hold. After about a 3 minute wait. She came on the phone said Oh! Then hung up. I called back and got another rep. She was polite. She set up an exchange. It was scheduled for 5/4/11. On 5/4/11 the delivery guy called at 650 a.m. and said he could not deliver because they did not have the refrigerator I ordered. They would have to order it then they could deliver it. I called customer service and cancelled the order. The customer Service Rep cancelled the order; and schedule a same day pick up. The delivery guy did not come until 5/6/11. They have not refunded my money. I wont be using kmart or sears any more!!!!
