I love my new place! I just moved into a 1 bedroom apartment in Van Nuys and paid only $500.00 to move in! There was a lot of paperwork involved, however, it was totally worth it! The staff was pleasant and worked with me on getting the documents I needed. I cannot believe that I saw the apartment on a Saturday, and moved in on Monday! I am getting the first two weeks free. My rent is only $795.00 and it is a huge unit! Thanks to the Leasing agent Susan, and her Manager. What a great experience....Thanks again!
