This company has absolutely no concern for their customers. I've been calling for days, several times a day, and have repeatedly gotten put on hold, after about 20-30 rings, and then left on hold for over 15 minutes. I hung up the phone as I could not wait any longer both times that they actually picked up. I have been completely unable to reach anyone in service regarding the deadly (literally) defect of the Toyota vehicles, of which my elderly parents are owners. They are avoiding their customers, who may die in a fatal accident as a result. These are the times when they should be most available, not hiding from their very concerned, and endangered customers.
