25 days and still case is unresolved means no eligibility for my all practices!!!

Lately My experience with Kareo has been very poor. I am managing a billing company and using Kareo for few years now. I must say that support level and their ability to resolve issues has gone down tremendously. We are unable to check eligibility using kareo for all our practices, yes all of them!!! Case have been raised for last 25 days. After my team failed to get resolution from Kareo, I am following up myself for last 10 days but nobody gets back to me with proper answer. All they tell me is, their engineering team is still working on it. Nobody ever gets back to me unless I use all my strength to make them answer me. I have paid extra for eligibility feature & now I am force to use extra manpower to perform these eligibilities manually. Frustrating!!!!
