When trying to return my parcel, I rang at least 10 times over a period of two days to organise a time for my parcel to be collected and not once did anyone answer. I finally got through to someone via the online chat service, where I was told my parcel
would be picked up on the Wednesday. I spent all of Wednesday from 9am-6pm as I was told these were the delivery hours and no one came to pick up my parcel. I contacted them the following day and was told that no arrangement had been made for my parcel to
be picked up, so it was 'rearranged' to the following week. It was picked up, but it has now been over one week and I still haven't received a refund so I am quite worried!! Also, when I looked into it, the 'VIP member' which I was automatically signed up
to when I made a purchase meant that each month £35 is deducted from your account, and if you don't pend this online then the money isn't returned!!! When I tried to cancel this, they kept asking me why I would want to cancel this, and I politely told them
I didn't want to be a member. They were very persistent, and I finally managed to cancel it after a 10 minute unnecessary and costly phone call. I think its a complete scam and definitely wouldn't recommend using this website!!
