I have been a member and customer of Justfab on and off for a few years and now I am a consistent customer. Exchanges are very easy to do with the online chat feature or by just making a phone call. Being able to do hassle free exchanges means a great deal to me! Not all styles fit me the same.
The beginning of the month for most online shoe companies can get a little hectic, but I never find it to be unreasonably difficult.
My favorite features besides the shoes themselves of course :) are the free shipping and the rewards program.
