This is the worst compnay I have ever dealt with. The bounce house was for my sons 4th birthday and right before the party, the generator stopped working and the whole thing deflated. I called them immediately but it took over 2 hours for the driver to come back with a new generator and then the party was just ending. They refused to give me a refund and just offered me 15 % off my next rental.....what a load of crap!!! It ruined th eparty and my son was heartbroken and I still had to pay full price for something we didnt use.....DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The owner Richard London is a thief.
