I saw that they are a AAA garage so I brought my car to them to have a couple of things fixed. They made the repairs and they made a few recommendations for repairs to my old car. I checked on the internet and found out that these were typical repairs for my car at it's age. I then called around and found they had very good prices so I had them do the work. I had a repair that they made (replaced trailing arm bushings in my 1998 Acura Integra) fail while I was in Colorado. I called them and Dan said they would pay to have it repaired. I got an estimate from a highly recommended repair garage in Colorado and then called Japanese Auto and they agreed to pay even though it was quite a bit more than what Japanese Auto had charged me. When I came back to Japanese Auto with the bill and the broken part Dan immediately gave me a check for the full cost to repair the car. I was really impressed with their commitment to excellent customer service. I understand that not all repairs can be expected to be 100% and the failure was an honest mistake and I don't fault them for that.
I plan to continue to do business with Japanese Auto.
