I bought a used Car. The Engine Check light came on in two days. I returned under Warranty more than six times asking Junior(owner) to correct the problem. Each time he used a device to turn the Engine Check light off, saying the problem was fixed. The Engine Check light would turn back on in a few minutes of driving. I went to my personal mechanic to have the Engine Check light inspected, and I was given a printout regarding my issue. When I showed it to Junior, he finally sent me to "his personal" mechanic and said it would be taken care of. His mechanic said he fixed the Engine Check light as well and had me pick up the car. The Engine Check light came on again. When I returned to 'Junior's Mechanic', he then stated that my car had a serious issue. He said my motor was no good, and would need to be replaced. He said he had called Junior(owner) and that Junior said I was not covered for the repairs.
I returned to Junior the following day to work out an agreement to fix my car. He stated that my "separate problem" was not his problem. I tried to explain that my issue had never been corrected, and that I had been led on until the problem was truly discovered. Junior(owner) responded by cussing at me, becoming threatening and abusive, using the "F" word many times.
