After depositing a check, the atm read it wrong and deposited an extra 700$ in to my account. 2 months later we find out when they withdrew the 700$, that they had made the mistake. I cant Afford Chases mistakes . After talking to four of five reps all of them admitted there mistake and still will not do anything to fix it. There customer service is lacking the customer service. The manager told us to call a number that could help and that number routed me 3 or 4 times to different people making me re explain what happen. JP Morgan has a horrible business ethic and their employees are incompetent.
