In my experience, Jas marine overbilled the hours the tech was onsite, billed the hourly rate ($120) for time in the shop to select the parts, overbilled travel time (we are 2.8 miles from the shop), Billed for techs that were not on site, billed for liability insurance (really...liability insurance... that is a cost to be in business). They charge a significant credit card "deposit" up front and then I had a difficult time getting them to send me an invoice ( five calls) which was ridiculous.
I was warned about them but thought I would try them for myself...big mistake!
