Wow, after my experience it is hard to believe that anyone has had a good repore with this company. I ordered a dining room table and hutch/server set on April 19th 2010. It took until May 3rd or 4th to be delivered to the moving company that would deliver it to my house. I kept checking to see when it arrived, and waiting for someone to call to have it delivered. I finally called on May 7th to see if I could get the furniture delivered and they told me that they were waiting for 2 chairs that were on back order. IVG NEVER CALLED OR EMAILED ME THAT ANYTHING WAS ON BACK ORDER. I had to wait til the following monday to speak to someone at IVG TO GET THEM TO PUT THE ORDER IN TO GET THEM SHIPPED. MIND YOU THEY HAD ALREADY TAKEN MY MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT ON APRIL 22ND. AFTER 2 MORE WEEKS OF WAITING I FINALLY GOT MY FUNITURE- ALL BOXES LOOKED GOOD UNTIL I OPENED THEM. ONE OF THE CHAIR CUSHIONS WAS RIPPED AND FRAYED AND NO HARDWARE WAS PROVIDED TO PUT THE CHAIR TOGETHER. WHEN WE OPENED THE SERVER THERE WAS DAMAGED TO THE SERVER. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW. SINCE I HAD WAITED SO LONG TO GET THE FURNITURE(WHICH I NEEDED FOR A PARTY WE WERE HAVING) WE SAID WE WOULD KEEP AS LONG AS WE GOT A REFUND. I HAVE CALLED AND EMAILED PICTURES OF THE DAMAGE AND AFTER 3 WEEKS I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE EVEN THOUGH THEY SAY THEY WILL CALL BACK. THEY HAVE 3 PHONES NUMBERS AND MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND STILL NO CONTACT. ALL CONTACT THAT HAS BEEN INITIATED HAS BEEN BY ME THE CONSUMER. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND IT IS AND OUTRAGE THAT YOU TAKE SOMEONES MONEY AND DONT STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT. BUYER BEWARE- THEY MUST PICK AND CHOOSE WHO THEY WANT TO RESPOND TO- ONLY PEOPLE WHO DONT HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THEIR ORDER. I AGREE WITH THE OTHER PERSON WHO SAID THEY WILL SUE. I AM GIVING ONE MORE WEEK AND I WILL FILE A SUIT AGAINST THEM ALSO. SOMETIMES SAVING A FEW DOLLARS IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!! I WANTED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND THEY SAID IT WOULD TKE 48HRS FOR HIM TO RESPOND... WELL ITS BEEN THREE WEEKS AND NO PHONE CALL FROM ANYONE. I AM SORRY I BOUGHT WITH THIS COMPANY. GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE WHO IS GOING TO DEAL WITH THEM. THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE AN APLUS RATING WITH THE BBB.
