I was very hesitant buying online, as I've never done it before, and was worried about giving my credit card details etc out. However, IVG low price gave me the push I needed, and I've never regretted it. My leather sofas came on time, the sales rep, Renee D, was extremely helpful and patient with my many questions, and the sofas were exactly what I hoped it would be. I was about the purchase the same items at a very well known furniture store for hundreds of dollars more. One month later, I purchased a fireplace from IVG, and maybe due to shipping and handling it was slightly damaged. I sent an email with pictures of the damage and they took care of it IMMEDIATELY to my satisfaction. I originally ordered another fireplace from Target, but every week I would get an email saying that the order was delayed, and when I called customer service at TARGET, they never could help me. So I placed the order with IVG and the next week I had the fireplace. The only reason I didn't give the order first to IVG was because Target's fireplace was made of a stronger wood, which I preferred, because I was putting a 55" flat screen TV on it. However, the one I bought from IVG works fine and looks beautiful in my den. I'm very happy with the purchase. I highly recommend IVG to everyone.
