I ordered a coat rack as a Christmas present and it arrived in February, and it was the wrong item. I was told it was out-of-stock and that we would have to wait a few weeks to receive it. That was OK with us. It took almost 10 weeks to get the item and then it was a different item than what was odered. After many phone calls to customer service, it was determined that I was owed a refund because the rack I received was less expensive than the one purchased. I did receive the refund of the difference. By the way, the coat rack received was acceptable to the recipient and it is very good quality. Even though there were some issues with the order, I would use them again.
