Refusal to send return label for damaged table received

It has now been 13 days...13 phone calls... and NO RESPONSE from the company. I received a glass table that arrived shattered. I have called each day for a return label to get the huge carton out of my living room. Every day I am promised by customer service agents Kevin, Sean, Steve and others that a label will be emailed to me by the next day. IT NEVER COMES. Christmas is just arround the corner. And I am stuck with a HUGE carton where my Christmas tree should be. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. If something goes wrong you are just " out of luck ". Merry Christmas IVG Stores
