This is a case where someone else appears to have come up with a similar idea as our member around the same time. We have looked, but have found no evidence that proves a connection with anyone on our staff (past or present).
We have asked this member several times for specific information that he has not produced. The last email request has gone unanswered.
For the record: If we discover that someone on our staff has violated confidentiality, they are subject to law enforcement action.
Members are not assigned to specific “advisers.” Most of our staff is capable of answering common questions. However, it is not uncommon for a member to gravitate to a particular councilor or passed on to someone else.
